The Safety Valve of Your Factory

The number one cause of presswood pallet failure is incorrect moisture content. If wood fiber is too wet (>12%), the internal steam pressure produced during the 180°C hot pressing phase will literally explode the MDI resin bond when the mold opens. This is known as a "blowout" or "blister", and it renders 100% of affected pallets useless.

Achieving the strict 8%-12% range isn't an option—it is an absolute physical necessity for the production line to operate.

Core Technology

Drying Bottlenecks in Production

  • Tropical Climate Negligence: Failing to oversize the dryer in high-humidity regions (where raw materials start at 60% moisture), leading to chronic 15% output moisture and 100% pallet blister failures.
  • Surface Burning: Flash tube dryers burning the sawdust surface while leaving the core wet.
  • Thermal Fluctuation: Unstable inlet temperatures causing batch-to-batch strength variations.

Instead of a traditional single-pass tube, our dryer forces material through three concentric cylinders, tripling the thermal travel path in a much smaller factory footprint.

  • Thermal Trap Architecture: Slower exhaust velocity ensures maximum thermal transfer from the 180-400°C gas to the wood before it escapes, reducing fuel costs by up to 30%.
  • Targeted Moisture Locking: Effectively pulls raw sawdust or wood chips from 60% initial moisture down to the strict 8%-12% safe zone in just 3 to 10 minutes.
  • Integrated Safety: Built-in exhaust separators (Cyclone Dust Collectors) capture fine dust before it leaves the building, neutralizing explosion risks and complying with heavy industry emission standards.
