A standard EMP semi-automatic line is built around a highly efficient "1-to-3 ratio" topology. A single preparation subsystem continuously feeds up to three hydraulic presses.

  • Automated Front-End: Wood waste crushing, magnetic separation, triple-pass drying, and MDI blending occur automatically via conveyor systems.
  • Manual Buffer: Mixed material is discharged into a staging bin for controlled scaling.
  • Assisted Pressing: Human operators weigh the prepared material, distribute it evenly within the open molds, and trigger the closing cycle. Once cured, they extract the hot pallet.
