The Automatic Pallet Take-Out Robot is the standard off-loading device on EMP's fully automatic presswood pallet production line. Mounted beside the molded-pallet hydraulic press (MLDP), it reaches into the press mold after de-molding, grips the hot finished pallet with a vacuum suction cup, transfers it to the stacking position, and completes automatic palletizing — fully replacing manual take-out.

Equipment Performance Features
- 1. Eliminates press safety risk — removes operators from the 1,250–1,600 T press danger zone entirely.
- 2. Protects worker health — no exposure to MDI resin off-gas at the hot press station.
- 3. 24/7 continuous operation — the robot runs non-stop once powered, maximizing line output.
- 4. One arm, two presses — a single robot tends two presses alternately, raising equipment utilization.
- 5. Automatic stacking — pallets are de-molded and stacked automatically, with no secondary manual handling.
- 6. Labor savings — replaces 2 manual take-out workers and eases production-line hiring difficulty.
