Pallet Molds
The mold determines the molded pallet’s external structure, dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and load-bearing strength. After glue mixing, sawdust is cured and formed under high temperature and pressure in the mold cavity, then demolded to obtain the finished pallet.

Regular Mold Types
- 1. Nine-foot single-sided pallet: a single-sided pallet with an empty-load nesting structure that is very convenient for transportation and storage.
- 2. Grid-base double-layer pallet: suitable for cargo stacking and for stacking bagged goods.
- 3. Single-layer flat pallet: a flat pallet for special cargo needs, with application advantages in photovoltaics, papermaking, glass fibre, and related fields.
- 4. Three-runner flat pallet: a double-layer pallet with three-runner support that can be used on beam racks or conveyor belts.
- 5. A dedicated pallet customized for special cargo.
