Molded Pallet Hydraulic Press
The molded pallet hot press is new molded-pallet production equipment and the dedicated core forming machine for molded pallets. It uses a hot-press process to form a pallet in one operation. Recyclable raw materials such as sawdust, waste wooden pallets, waste wood, timber, kraft paper, straw, bamboo, and even plastic can be used to make molded pallets. By changing the matching mold, it can produce nine-foot, grid-base, Japanese-style, stringer-style, and other molded pallet types. It can be used as a stand-alone machine or in an automated production line.

Wood Crusher
It is mainly used for the coarse-crushing stage of wood processing. It can process wood containing nails, wooden pallets, discarded construction formwork, wooden racks, branches, timber, logs, and waste furniture. Chain-plate conveyor feeding is smooth and substantially improves production efficiency.

It can pulverize wood, branches, wood chips, offcuts, corn stalks, and similar materials into sawdust of specified dimensions for particleboard, molded pallets, and related industries.

Sawdust Dryer
A sawdust dryer is a mechanical device that uses thermal energy to reduce moisture in raw materials. According to the drying principle, dryers are divided into sawdust airflow dryers and sawdust drum dryers. In the processes of molded-pallet and pallet-block production lines, the sawdust drum dryer is necessary equipment for drying wood. The operating temperature of the drum dryer can reach 150–180°C, and the moisture content of dried wood is below 10%.

Glue Mixer
Used on molded-pallet production lines, this machine mixes shavings, sawdust, and glue evenly. Put the raw materials into the glue mixer, add glue, and start it with one button to mix the material evenly. Then open the discharge outlet and the mixed finished material discharges automatically.

Pallet Molds
The mold determines the molded pallet’s external structure, dimensional accuracy, surface quality, and load-bearing strength. After glue mixing, sawdust is cured and formed under high temperature and pressure in the mold cavity, then demolded to obtain the finished pallet.

Why We Never Sell “Just The Press”
The most common buyer mistake: assuming the hydraulic press alone will produce pallets. In reality, the press is only the final step. Without properly crushed (≤5mm), accurately dried (8-12% MC), and uniformly resin-blended feedstock, the press will produce either:
- Blowout pallets — moisture above 12% causes steam explosions on mold opening
- Weak pallets — uneven resin distribution creates structural failure points
- Inconsistent pallets — oversized particles prevent proper fiber bonding
