💡 Start Semi-Auto, Scale Later
70%+ of our clients start with a semi-auto line. When demand grows, adding a second press to the existing front-end is straightforward — the crusher, dryer, and mixer are already sized for growth.
⚠️ Don’t Undersize The Dryer
The most common mistake: choosing a dryer that matches the press but not the raw material moisture level. If your sawdust arrives at 50%+ MC, the dryer needs 30-50% more capacity than standard sizing suggests.
