Rotary Drum Dryer — The Safety Valve of Your Production Line
If moisture content exceeds 12%, your pallets will explode on the press. The dryer is the single most important auxiliary machine in the entire chain.

Why Moisture Is Your #1 Enemy
Raw sawdust arrives at 30-60% moisture content. At 180-220°C inside the press mold, water turns to superheated steam instantly. When the mold opens, that steam expands violently — causing the pallet to literally explode apart. Industry term: “blowout” or “炸板”.
The dryer is the only equipment that stands between your raw material and catastrophic press failure. It is not optional, regardless of what competing suppliers may suggest.
⚠️ Any supplier who offers to sell you “just the press” without a dryer is setting you up for failure.
How The Triple-Pass System Works
Three concentric cylinders force the sawdust through progressively hotter zones, maximizing heat exchange surface area.
Inner Cylinder
Hot gas enters at 300-400°C. Sawdust contacts the highest temperature first, rapidly driving off surface moisture.
Middle Cylinder
Lifting flights tumble the material through the gas stream, ensuring every particle gets equal exposure. No wet pockets.
Outer Cylinder
Final pass at lowest temperature. Exhaust exits through cyclone separator. Sawdust exits at 8-12% MC — press-ready.
