The Mold Is Your Product Definition
The press applies force. The mold defines what comes out. Every pallet dimension, leg pattern, forklift entry, and rib thickness is determined by the mold geometry. A single press can produce dozens of different pallet configurations — you just swap the mold set.
- Material: H13 tool steel (or P20 for economy)
- Surface Treatment: Chrome plating + nitriding
- Cycle Life: 500,000+ press cycles
