Industrial sawdust dryer for molded wood pallet production
When the drying stage limits molded pallet capacity
Industrial sawdust dryer capacity for molded wood pallet production lines: Dryr helps manufacturers expand output when sawdust moisture control becomes the bottleneck. With four standard models from 0.8–2 t/h and custom drums up to 17–18 m, the system supports continuous drying, longer residence time, and a more stable feed for molding.

Why familiar drying methods stop scaling
Natural sun drying and manual open-air drying are difficult to scale with a continuous molded pallet production line. They depend on weather, occupy working space, and leave moisture inconsistent from batch to batch. A small airflow dryer may reduce the initial equipment footprint, but it can become restrictive when throughput rises or when wood sawdust enters the line with a higher moisture load. These limits can delay molding and increase the risk of material degradation before processing.
A scalable industrial sawdust dryer range
Dryr is a rotary sawdust dryer built for a production line rather than an isolated batch task. The H-1010, H-1212, H-1512, and H-1815 sawdust dryer models cover approximately 0.8–2 t/h, allowing a producer to match drying capacity with current molding demand and later expansion plans. For larger projects, the drum can be customized to approximately 17–18 m. A longer drum increases material residence time, giving hot air more time to contact the sawdust and supporting more thorough moisture reduction.

From drying evidence to production results
The product configuration is supported by visible equipment details: the rotary drum uses an external girth gear, pinion, gearbox, and motor drive, while the installed system combines the drum with process ducting, a blower, cyclone separation, steel supports, and control equipment. This layout supports continuous automated operation, dust control through cyclone or baghouse options, and stable moisture preparation for MDI or UF glue bonding. The result is a dryer that can grow from a small molded pallet line to a larger installation, with extended drums positioned against German heavy-duty equipment while offering more competitive delivery timing and project cost.
