Step 1: Precise crushing
Raw materials such as wood chips and plant straw are fed evenly into the integrated crusher through an intelligent silo, which adopts a chain-plate conveyor design to ensure the continuity and stability of the feeding process. At this stage, a variety of crushing equipment can be flexibly selected according to the characteristics of the raw material, providing a uniform and fine wood chip substrate for the subsequent process.
Step 2: Efficient drying
The crushed material is then fed into a specialized drum dryer. This equipment is specially designed according to the material type, equipped with heat source, feeding, drum, discharge and induced air systems, which can reduce the humidity to less than 5%, ensuring the quality and efficiency of the subsequent processing, and reducing energy consumption at the same time.
Step 3: Intelligent glue mixing
The dried raw materials are sent to the automatic glue mixing machine through the conveyor belt. The machine is equipped with a weighing platform for precise measurement. Relying on the advanced silo management system and MDI glue supply unit, the machine automatically matches the proportion according to the predetermined ratio, and through the precision-controlled conveying and mixing procedures, it realizes the uniform mixing of raw materials and glue, which lays the foundation for the molding process.
Step 4: Precision molding
The mixed raw materials are finally sent into the hot pressing mold. This stage adopts high-temperature and high-pressure technology to complete the molding of panels and supporting feet in one go, ensuring a solid structure, smooth surface and strong load-bearing capacity. The whole process is not only efficient and fast, but also ensures the uniformity and reliability of the product.
Step 5: Full inspection and polishing
The finished molded pallet will be subject to strict full inspection. The staff will scrutinize every detail of the pallet, including the surface flatness, whether the corners are sharp, and whether there are any cracks or defects. Any non-conformity found will be meticulously sanded to ensure the product meets quality standards.
Step 6: Storage
The fully inspected and sanded pallets will be sent to the finished product warehouse for warehousing management. Before warehousing, the staff will reconfirm the quantity, specification and quality of the products to ensure that they are exactly the same as the order requirements. At the same time, the warehouse will categorize and store the products according to their different types and specifications so that they can be shipped out quickly and accurately.
Step 7: Shipment
When the customer needs to pick up the goods, the warehouse staff will quickly find the corresponding pallets according to the order requirements, and carry out the final check before leaving the warehouse. After confirming that there is no error, the pallets will be packed and shipped to the designated location, completing the last part of the entire production process.
