The customer scene: from compliance pressure to a controlled feedstock route

Molded wood pallet producers face a practical compliance question: can the pallet-line feedstock be linked to legal, lower-impact waste and by-product sources rather than depending on roundwood or small-diameter logs? A Wood Pulverizer Machine does not issue EUDR, SBP, FSC, or PEFC certification, but it can create a defined processing step for production offcuts, recovered wood, and agricultural or forestry residues. Pulvz places this Wood Waste Recycling Crushing step at the front of the Molded Wood Pallet Production Line, where screened particles can be identified, transferred, dried, glued, and pressed under a documented material flow.

Why the old routes create both process and traceability gaps

Manual Wood Splitting by Axe or Saw leaves block size and particle size inconsistent, while buying ready-made sawdust gives a plant less control over origin, incoming records, and supply continuity. Burning or landfilling waste pallets loses potential feedstock and can increase the burden of removal. A Wood Chipper produces chips, and a Wood Shredder is generally selected for coarse size reduction; neither should be treated as an automatic substitute for a screened sawdust preparation section. An unsuitable Old Single-roll Crusher can also create a low-capacity bottleneck. For molded pallets, the question is whether the front end can repeatedly prepare a defined particle range for drying, gluing, and hot pressing.

Why the F-series fits pallet raw-material preparation

Pulvz is a F-series Wood Crusher & Hammer Mill positioned as the raw-material entry point for a Molded Wood Pallet Production Line. The feed enters the crushing chamber, the rotating crushing assembly applies cutting or hammering action, and the replaceable screen controls which particles pass to the discharge. The published range covers F-800, F-1000, F-1200, and F-1500 models with nominal capacities of 1–2, 2–3, 3–5, and 5–8 t/h respectively. Main motor ratings are 45, 55, 75, and 110 kW; screen widths are 780, 980, 1180, and 1480 mm. Published target output is up to 5 mm, with a commonly referenced 2–5 mm range. Actual output depends on wood type, moisture, feed consistency, and screen condition. The machine can be planned with belt conveyor feeding and cyclone separation or dust collection, while magnetic separation for wood crusher feed should be confirmed for the project and the selected configuration.

The evidence-to-result chain: screened particles with a documented source

The first image shows the material result that matters at the process entrance: coarse wood chips moving toward finer shredded biomass, rather than a claim about a particular model. The second image anchors the surrounding system context with a steel receiving hopper, inclined feeder, and connected dust collection ductwork; it should be read as an industrial handling reference, not as proof that every F-series unit has that exact layout. In operation, a traceable route should record supplier or internal source, material category, inspection result, screen selection, moisture condition, batch movement, and downstream use. Pulvz can help turn offcuts and recovered wood into a more consistent sawdust feedstock and reduce waste volume before transfer, but final EUDR, SBP, FSC, or PEFC claims require the operator's documented sourcing and certification controls. Contact EMP to match the F-series model, screen, feed arrangement, metal-control option, and dust-handling scope to your material records and pallet-line capacity.

  • Target use: waste wood, production offcuts, recovered wood, and biomass residues are evaluated as feedstock before the line is specified.
  • Particle size: the F-series is positioned for screened, uniform material up to 5 mm, with a commonly referenced 2–5 mm target subject to raw material and screen conditions.
  • Traceability boundary: a Wood Pulverizer Machine processes the selected feedstock; it does not certify legality, FSC, PEFC, EUDR, or SBP status by itself.
  • Line fit: confirm moisture, incoming dimensions, metal-contamination controls, dust collection, conveyor layout, and downstream drying, gluing, and hot pressing before purchase.
