Wood Hammer Mill for Baled Agricultural Residue: Field Soil, Baling Twine and Tough Straw Fibre Before a Pellet Mill Sees One Tonne
A pellet or briquetting line that adds baled corn stover, wheat straw and rice straw to a sawdust intake inherits a material that is matted, soil-laden and wound with twine, and it cannot go straight into a mill. This page follows the front end on a Pulvz wood pulverizer machine: wheel loader and hopper with inclined belt conveyor feeding, thickened manganese steel hammer plates against a one-piece liner on a dynamically balanced rotor, a replaceable 780 to 1480 mm high hardness alloy screen as the grading element, F-800 to F-1500 at 45 kW, 55 kW, 75 kW and 110 kW over a nominal 1 to 8 t/h, and a hydraulic open cover for screen and hammer access. Limits are stated plainly: 5 mm is a screen-set target band, tonnage moves with species, moisture, infeed evenness and screen condition, and twine removal, destoning and magnetic separation stay upstream project-confirmed stages.
