Wood chips can be directly used to produce presswood pallets after several steps, so the presswood pallet production process mainly consists of four processes: crushing, drying, glue mixing and hot pressing.
Stage 1: Crushing – a variety of crushing equipment options
The wood chips are evenly fed into the integrated crusher or pulverizer through the silo; the chain conveyor is used to feed the materials, which makes the feeding smoother.
The second stage: drying
The crushed wood chips are transported into the dryer, which can be dried to less than 5% moisture. Drum dryer is specially designed and manufactured for drying sawdust, wood chips, shavings and so on. The equipment consists of heat source, feeder, drum, discharger, induced draft fan and power cabinet.
The third stage: glue mixing
The dried wood chips and other raw materials enter the glue mixing machine through the conveyor belt to mix the raw materials with glue. There is a weighing platform under the automatic glue mixing machine, with the silo and glue supply system, adding materials automatically according to the proportion, through the conveyor and program control to achieve automatic mixing and discharging of glue and wood materials.
The fourth stage: molding
The raw materials are fed into the mold through the conveyor belt, and the equipment is pressed by hot pressing process.
